I have been told by Beacon that the claim needs to be filed to payer 00813, formerly Value Options. My insurance enrollment list shows that I am accepted and update needed. When I try to update, I am told to contact customer service. I try to contact customer service via email and there are a lot of blanks that require filling in and I have nothing to fill them in with. I cannot believe that there is not an 800 number to call or that I cannot IM with someone. This frustrating. How do I file payer 00813?
