    I am having similar problems.  I submitted an enrollment on January 5 using my Type 2 NPI and resubmitted another enrollment through SP Feb 23 with my Type 1 NPI.  I have not gotten any responses and I have claims from Nov and Dec that I still need to file. Can someone help Carolyn Norman and myself?
