I have a client who is not able to make an appointment because she previously created an appointment for her nephew using her credit card. The nephew is not interested in therapy, but she wants to start tomorrow morning. The CHAT has not been available, and the support email is not fast enough, and the online pre-written instruction I think are out of date; I can't find the delete button the instructions say should be there!
