Need a simple (with pictures) view of how to resend intake paperwork

    Hi Scott,

    If a client has completed a form and you would like to resend the same form again, click Share on the top right of the client's profile.

    If a client has not yet completed forms you've sent them, there are two options for re-inviting this client to view the documents in the Client Portal and complete them:

    1. Send them a link to your Client Portal where they can log in to view and complete the existing documents under the Documents tab.
    2. Go to the Shared with Client section on the lower right of the client's profile > click the X to the right of the relevant document > click Share on the top right of the client's profile page and the document will be available to share again.
