    For general information, I recommend confirming that you are viewing All Offices and, if you're in a group practice, All Clinicians on your Calendar.

    If you're still experiencing any issues in your account, please feel free to reach out to us by clicking the blue question mark icon > Get Help on the lower right of your SimplePractice account and we'd be glad to take a look.

    Note that the quickest way for you to get in touch with us directly regarding questions with your account or your clients is by reaching out to us directly from your account.
