Adding fillable DSM-5 Cross Cutting Measures to Template Library

Would it be possible to add fillable DSM-5 Cross-Cutting Measures to SP's Template Library?  We use these a lot and it would be helpful to include them in the intake documents.  Thanks!

  So, I don't have the link handy, but I did a long post about this sometime last year.  SP will likely never do this, unfortunately, as many of those assessments are copyrighted by the publisher.  Even though they are in the DSM-5 and are free to use printed, any electronic use has to be okayed through the publisher.  They are happy to give individuals permission to use them with some caveats that i mentioned in that post, however, if an entity like SP wants to  make them widely available the publisher will want compensation.  I'll see if I can find a link to that post about how to go about getting permission, but in the end, even with permission, you will  need to recreate the digital versions yourself.
