Enabling scheduling at multiple locations
AnsweredThe calendar is only showing 2 locations when I go in as a practice client? How do I make sure all locations are available for booking?

Hi Niamh and Diamond, happy to help! For each location you'd like to make available for online booking, you'll want to go to your Calendar homepage, hit Availability to the top right and create Availability timeframes set to a specific Location. You'll need to create different Availability timeframes for each Office Location, even if they're overlapping. Then make sure you've enabled new clients to book each Service you've checked off in these Availability timeframes. Go to Settings > Client Portal to enable new clients to book appointments online. Then go to Settings > Billing & Services > Services and click on each relevant service to make sure new clients can book them. Here's more on Managing your Availability.
