    I have same question.  My associate cannot access documents to send to her clients.  Please advice SP

    Hi Namita and Patricia, all clinicians in your practice should be able to access any template from the client's file to use; however, they can't access the template to make edits to it, add questions, or create custom templates. Only the Account Owner and Clinicians with Administrative Access can edit, or create new templates. You can change your clinicians' access levels by going to Settings > Team Members > clicking on their names and checking the box for Clinician with Administrative access.
