How do I submit multiple claims to a secondary insurance, when only the primary insurance was initially billed and at that time it was not known that the client had a secondary insurance (so the secondary insurance wasn't entered and saved under that client during that time) The secondary insurance was identified months later. I have just recently entered the secondary insurance into the system under that particular client

  We have a client with the same issue. I would like to get information on how to submit a secondary claim if it was entered manually. After reviewing the help tutorial I realized that I do not have the option to click a secondary claim button on the original primary claim payment screen.
