Does SP have a template specific for telehealth progress notes, that would include the criteria required by the board, such as location of client, etc?

  I created my own template adding a check box for HIPAA compliant two way video, phone,  and a box for location and who was present. It wasn't too difficult to just edit one of the forms that was already in there. I hope that's helpful.

  I added this to my standard note so I wasn’t having to recreate the wheel with a whole separate note.
