    My previous program let me chose and control as many separate colors as needed. I miss that feature - it was very helpful. I hope you will consider adding it.

    Will you be able to add this feature? Most other programs have it, but you’re best in scheduling via phone, and my blind counselor loves how easily he can manage your program. We struggle with identifying new clients without a different color

    Being able to find new clients at a glance would save me time and less back tracking on insurance verification.  We really need this feature!!!

    This has been a request for some time.  Is SP working on it?  It would be very helpful to view new clients by color.  I schedule for 14 therapists and not only would it be beneficial for the therapists but for the schedulers as well.

    I would actually love to be able to set clients as different colors by payer source. Please make a way that users can set colors themselves

    It would be really great to just have a right click or a drop down to select colors. You wouldn't need to label them, just have them available. Then offices could make their own system however they'd like to apply them. Don't over complicate, just something as simple as picking a color.

    Marking the entire appointment time block space with a bright color would help people in administrative positions quickly notice a new client, which means that insurance verification is most likely needed! I sure hope this option becomes a reality very, very soon!

    would like to add:one reason i upgraded my plan was for color coding. but there is no point in offering color coding for add on codes (such as play therapy) if i cant then see those colors on the schedule because it auto populates the primary code instead of the secondary. please give additional editing of color options with appointment types.

    How long do we have to wait? People have been asking for this for years and nothing has been done to improve it - but you keep raising your prices. The only reason I haven't changed is that I have a Blind Counselor who can listen to your program and loves the independence that Simple Practice gives him. But the color coding has been available on every other program for years - so there's no reason it isn't here too. 

    We also need a phone number to call when there are problems to talk to a person.
