    Hi Maria,

    Here's how you can update the client responsibility on an appointment:

    1. On the client's Billing tab, click Edit to the right of an appointment you'd like to edit.
    2. Update the Client owes amount as appropriate.
    3. Click Save.
    4. Click Uninvoiced in the Billing Overview on the top right to create a fee adjustment invoice which will update the amount the client owes for this session.
