    Hi everyone,

    For information on how a payer may be changing the information they need to reimburse a claim, we recommend checking with the payer directly.

    For guidance on adding modifiers to your claims, feel free to check out this Help Center guide: How do I add modifiers to my claims?

    To look for a payer ID, you may go to Settings > Insurance > All Payers and search for the payer's name. For more information, I recommend reviewing this resource: Adding insurance payers and selecting the correct payer ID.

    I cannot find the Payer ID for any of the Anthem, BC, BCBS, in Georgia except for the state health benefit plan. Payer ID numbers are NOT listed on the insurance card. Please help.
