Booking Widget for Independent Contractor in a practice

Hello!  I have an individual working for me as an Independent Contractor.  She is offering Neurofeedback to our practice.  The Booking Widget that is in SP I used to allow clients to book her directly from our website.  However, the Booking Widget only offers the services I offer as a therapist.  I have her services set correctly in SP but the Booking Widget does not match.  Any advice?  Is there a separate Booking Widget code to use for an Independent Contractor in a practice who offers a different service?

    Hi Susanne,

    Thank you for reaching out directly to our team. I see that my colleagues Craig and Tamara were able to provide assistance.

    For everyone's general knowledge, here's how you can allow clients to use Online Booking to book appointments with additional colleagues:

    1. Go to Settings > Team Members and add this colleague as a Clinician in your account. Note that additional clinicians added to your account cost $39/month, plus $10/month for Telehealth if you have this feature enabled.
    2. Go to your Calendar > click Availability on the top right > click on the Calendar to create an Availability block > select this colleague as the Clinician > update the other settings as needed > click Done.
