Standard Progress Note question
I prefer the standard progress note most of the time because of how it spells everything out. However, I use all the different note styles because different situations call for different documentation. This makes my job SO much easier especially because I've been doing so many FMLA documentation lately and they are super picky.
This one section confounds me. Does anyone know what the "overall notes" box is for? It seems redundant but I'm afraid I'm missing something and I don't want clients to lose disability because I filled the note wrong!
I noticed someone else posted this question almost a year ago and no one ever answered so I'm hoping we can get an answer here this time.
Please advise!
Thanks!
