Templates
AnsweredIt appears my progress note templates have been erased (not by me, I've used them many times) and now I cannot create new ones as the drop down function only allows for intake templates not progress notes.
Please help.

In the future, if you'd like us to investigate your account specifically, please submit a Help Request from your SimplePractice account. Click on the "?" icon to the bottom right > Get Help > toggle through the prompts > Submit Email Help Request.
