I have contracted therapists under my SP, when clients go into their portal or are given a superbill my NPI and Tax ID shows up on their bills causing major problems with insurance reimbursement. Can we create individual sub-profiles so that this is mitigated? We need a work around this, multiple therapists on different threads are highlighting this is a problem and no solution has been offered to date. The software needs some improvements to be more group practice friendly.
