Email report of unpaid invoices

Under "Account Notifications" there are only options for "Daily Agenda" and "Evening Summary". Can you add "Unpaid Invoice" to email notifications?

It would be easier for me to follow up with clients if I had an automated reminder rather than manually go to "Reports" and select "Unpaid Invoice".

  Is there a way to set it up so that past due invoices keep getting sent out every certain amount of time (like every month or something)?

  This is simple functionality that needs to be addressed.  Further, i can't find enhancement requests or anything else of use to therapists as far as added functionality.  What is the service fee for if we're not getting enhancements?  Why are there no support options anymore to request support?  This is very disappointing.

  Hi Rachel, currently there isn't a way for you to set custom reminder emails; however, you can go to your Reminders tab to the left of your account to see your "Client Balances." Use the arrow to expand the "You have X clients with a balance" line item and see all the clients that have an outstanding invoiced balance. You can also see how many clients have uninvoiced amounts in the Reminders tab.
