    I was wondering the same thing. I'd like to do a 2nd video session with a client each week but not bill the insurance. I still would like to be able to put my session not into Simple Practice.

    Hi Ruthann and Betty,

    For some background, an appointment will appear on your Billing > Insurance > Unbilled Appointments page when (a) the appointment's Type is Insurance and (b) there is no claim for it within SimplePractice.

    There are therefore two options to remove appointments from this page:

    1. Update the Type of these appointments to Self-Pay through appointment level billing changes.
    2. Create claims for these appointments and leave the claims in the Prepared status (this will not affect anything else in your account).
