Prior Insurance and client balances from previous program
AnsweredWe are new to SP and would like to know how do you input prior balances from Insurance and clients from another program?

Hi Colleen,
If a client has a pre-existing balance when you create a profile for them, we recommend creating a product invoice for them for the amount of that balance.
