I need a walk through from someone who knows what they are doing!! The first girl that called for a consultation had no idea how to answer insurance questions. Someone sent me and email, which I could not connect with them as they wrote "Solved" on my account. Something is seriously wrong with this program and no assistance is offered, accept emails are looked at 12-18 hours later, replies sent in the middle of the night and when the consumer attempts to reach out again, there's another 12-18 hour lag and then your end marks the issues "Solved"!! So not right to run a business or software company!! Also, my first batch of billing, a client, came back as $0!! I can't afford this. His bill was $790!!
