    Hi Molly,

You can add a signature line to your superbills by going to Settings > Documents > in the Superbills section, select Include Signature Line > click Save Documents.

To learn more, feel free to check out this Help Center guide: How do I add a signature to my superbills?

When you create a superbill, click the Print or Download icon on the top right to print or download a copy > then add your manual or e-signature to the document. You can then upload it to the client's profile by clicking Upload on the top right. And you can share the signed copy with the client by clicking Share on the top right of their profile.

In addition, if you have a moment I encourage you to vote or add your comment to one of the superbill signature ideas which have been added to our Ideas and Suggestions board. For some background, posting and commenting on our Ideas & Suggestions Board means that members of our Product Team, as well as all members of our Community, have transparent access to review your suggestion. This board is one of our most important resources for understanding which features will have the most value for our community. If you're curious, here's more information about how a customer idea can become a SimplePractice feature: Customer feedback: How a customer idea can become a feature in SimplePractice.

Please  please please give us an option to one click digital signature added to superbills as they are in our progress notes. The hassle to print, sign, upload and send is an additional 4 steps.

Agreed! This would be an essential feature for compliance purposes as well. With a digital signature we would have an audit trail as well.

I agree! I have a lot of telecounseling patients and it would be a time saver to not have to download, print, sign, and send via email to my patients. In person patients are easier because I can print and sign, but I don't understand why this feature has not been added. I see posts from 3 years back complaining about this issue and nothing has changed. Is ANYBODY LISTENING OR READING EVERYONE'S POST???
