EDI enrollment difficulties with Medicare

    Hello. I sent this question 9 days ago and have had no response. Here is my latest Medicare EDI rejection statement:

    "Rejected incomplete EDI enrollment agreement and invalid signature on Provider authorization form. Rejected Invalid provider name on all forms."

    I spoke to my MEdicare/Palmetto (GA) EDI dept. 4/1 and they reported that they are not receiving the complete EDI report from SimplePractice. Can you please address this.
