Re-sending forms to a new client after I made a mistake in his email address
I typed a letter wrong in a new client's email address, so he did not receive the forms. Simple Practice will not allow me to re-send them. I attempted to follow the instructions from the Help Center about how to do that, but I still was not able to get the forms to him. A list of all the previously sent forms comes up but when I click on Share, the screen will not allow me to share anything. Please advise me on how to do this if I have already corrected his email address. Thanks, Vicki Eaton

Here is what I figured out about correcting an email address and resending intake documents: 1) go to the client's record, click "edit", and delete the incorrect email address under client info tab and add the new one and save. THEN, while still in edit mode, go to client portal tab and correct the email address there too (In my experience, if you don't correct the email address in both places SP will hold onto the original incorrect email when sending documents). In order to resent documents, like Jimmy Dunham said (thank you!) and delete documents already shared under the client overview. Click Share and select the docs you want to re-send. I hope this is helpful!

I agree with Sharon--very frustrating that a SimplePractice representative has not yet responded to this thread.
For those needing to send their clients multiple ROIs, a potentially easier solution than scanning, re-uploading and deleting is to simply duplicate your ROI form in the Notes and Forms section in Settings, give it another name, and send that newly named form out to your client. For example, now I have a ROI-Parent form, ROI-Psychiatrist, and ROI-PCP. This way I can keep the signed form(s) on file while still sending new ROIs to the same client. Hope this helps.
