Me, as well. I changed the email address and it looks as though it is going to send the new set of forms to the old (wrong) email address.

How do I resend a form? I want to resend release of information forms at various points during therapy and SP won't let me send the form more than one time.

Since simple practice hasn't responded I will take a stab at it since I made need to do this with a client this evening.  Try deleting the documents already shared under the client overview.  Then see if it will let you re-send.  Hope that helps.

Here is what I figured out about correcting an email address and resending intake documents:  1) go to the client's record, click "edit", and delete the incorrect email address under client info tab and add the new one and save.  THEN, while still in edit mode, go to client portal tab and correct the email address there too (In my experience, if you don't correct the email address in both places SP will hold onto the original incorrect email when sending documents).  In order to resent documents, like Jimmy Dunham said (thank you!) and delete documents already shared under the client overview.  Click Share and select the docs you want to re-send.  I hope this is helpful!

Awesome and thank you!! perhaps that is how you update forms as well...but then don't have the old ones for records...

In order to save the old ones in the chart, print them and then scan them back in.

I have a similar problem.  I want to send a ROI to existing client, but "Share New" option only brings me to the page that Intake forms were sent.  It's greyed out--No option to send another email. Thank you.

You might have to print the old one and then delete it. Then it should not be grayed out anymore. You can scan the old one back into the chart if necessary.

I answered several posts back. You have to delete the documents sent to old email address and then resend to the new address. The details for how to edit the email address are posted. You have to read each response for context.

I agree with Sharon--very frustrating that a SimplePractice representative has not yet responded to this thread.

For those needing to send their clients multiple ROIs, a potentially easier solution than scanning, re-uploading and deleting is to simply duplicate your ROI form in the Notes and Forms section in Settings, give it another name, and send that newly named form out to your client. For example, now I have a ROI-Parent form, ROI-Psychiatrist, and ROI-PCP. This way I can keep the signed form(s) on file while still sending new ROIs to the same client. Hope this helps.

I FIGURED THIS OUT! Edit client address to the correct one. Then under the client's account go to the "Shared with Client" section.  X out all the documents that were shared. Then go to "Share New" and re-choose the forms to send.
