EDI application for Medicare failing due to missing Provider Authorization form on their end
AnsweredHello. Third call to Medicare EDI reveals that my Provider Authorization form (page 2 they receive from the Elligible EDI application) is not arriving to them. Can you address this please? Also, the language on the SimplePractice EDI application is misleading. Where it asks for "Individual Name," for example, they actually need my group name. THis has slowed things down, too, as I've had to submit corrections.
Thank you for your help with this.
