International Phone NumberAnswered
The therapists on our team and I (the administrator) live internationally and their phone numbers are longer than 10 digits. Is it possible to enter their numbers in their contact information? If so, how?
In your SimplePractice account, you can enter a 10-digit phone number for the practice by going to Settings > My Practice. There is not a way to add phone numbers for individual team members, or to add a practice phone number longer than 10 digits.
In this case, you may wish to edit your Client Portal email templates to include your phone numbers within the body of these email messages. You can customize these templates by going to Settings > Client Portal > Emails.
