Does Client Information "Expire"?

Will SimplePractice store client information forever? Once a patient is inactive, I would still like to house their information in the (Preferably for 7 years).

  Hi Elizabeth, your client information is saved in SimplePractice for as long as you have a SimplePractice account. Inactive clients have their data retained, and SimplePractice does not delete or erase any client data unless you close your SimplePractice account.

  I have no information for a new client.  How do I get the new client information to her?
