Processing HSA Payments
AnsweredClient claims are applied to deductible. Client has HSA account and claims are paid out of that account. Should the deductible amount allowed be entered as Client Owes and generate invoice? or Should Client Owes = $0 and the payment entered as Insurance Paid $$?

Hi Wanda,
For Insurance appointments, the Client owes amount should reflect the full client responsibility, whether that's for a copay or a deductible. The amount in this Client owes field will generate an invoice for the client, charging them that amount so that they can pay you.
