Suggestion - print signature on claims
AnsweredPlease add the option of electronically adding a signature to box 31 before downloading.
For claims that cannot be electronically submitted thru SP, I have to download, print, SIGN, scan, and fax to insurance company. When I scan the signed claim, the clarity of the red text becomes blurred. I have had claims rejected because of this. Plus, it's just a pain to do all of those steps. If I could download a pdf of a signed claim, it would be more efficient. THANKS!
