Demographics Email default

I invited my first client to Simple Practice! Everything went great....except for the demographics form. Because I had already entered her email on her chart, she was unable to fill out the demographics form b/c the email was already associated with the account? I would love a quick and simple trick to fix this, as I would like to invite the rest of my caseload to SP. Any pointers? Thank you for your help.

Congratulations on inviting your first clients to your new practice software! I'm happy to help with your question.
When you send the Demographic Form to a client who already has an email listed in their profile, the Client Information > Email address field in the Demographic Form will be pre-populated with the email address that's already on their profile, and the client will see the email that you already have on file for them. The client does not need to edit this email, unless they'd like to enter a different email address for you to use.
If a client attempts to enter the same email address in the Emergency Contact > Email address field, they will receive a message that the email is already in use. In this case, we recommend the client confirms that they are entering a unique email for their emergency contact, rather than entering their own email address into this section.
