Client portal quick access

    Hi Nadia,

    While we do not have a client facing mobile app for the Client Portal, your client can access their Client Portal, including Secure Messaging, through the browser on their phone. When they click on a Client Portal link on their mobile phone, it will automatically open the Client Portal for them on their mobile device's browser.

    In addition, we love feedback and ideas for ways to advance the platform, and if you have a moment I encourage you to vote or add your comment to the App available for clients for Client Portal idea which has been added to our Ideas and Suggestions board. When you vote or comment on this post, you'll automatically receive our status updates on this feature.
