Telehealth App Request - required documentation: city/town, state, and zip code

    What if the tele-session is with your Supv?  She tells me I set that up like any other appt but I must have something wrong somewhere because that's not happening.  I am paying for telehealth, and I have her set up in the system as my Supv.  Any advice?

    Hi Wendy,

    I can see how this workflow would be helpful for your practice. While we don't have this feature within our Telehealth platform, you may wish to create a short, custom Intake Form with these questions that can be sent to clients prior to each appointment. You can create custom forms by going to Settings > Notes & Forms > clicking +Create New Template.     Hi Paula,

    We currently only offer the ability to set up Telehealth sessions with client appointments. If you'd like to conduct a Telehealth session with a team member, I recommend creating a client profile for them and then creating a 'client' Telehealth appointment using their client profile.
