    For everyone's reference, we've noticed that a white screen may appear when joining a Telehealth session when using an outdated browser version. For guidance on updating your browser, feel free to check out this Help Center guide: How to set up your browser for SimplePractice.
    For future reference for all, the quickest way to get support for account-specific questions is to send us a help request by clicking the blue question mark > Get Help option on the lower right of your SimplePractice account.
