I am trying to calculate the internet bandwidth requirements for 12 concurrent video calls from our office.

  For optimal results for a Telehealth session, a reliable, high-speed internet connection with a bandwidth above 10-15 mbps will minimize connection issues and provide the best quality. We recommend reaching out to your internet service provider to confirm the bandwidth availability when conducting multiple concurrent calls.
