    Yes! And I also cannot print statements and super bills.

    I WAS able to print the notes from my i-phone, but unable to print the statements and super bills.

    I’ve still been able to print from my iPhone and iPad.

    Hi everyone,

    We’re aware of a recent issue regarding not being able to print or download documents while using SimplePractice on a Safari web browser.

    For context, the latest software update has caused an incompatibility between the browser and our print and download function. While we wait for an update to resolve this incompatibility, we recommend using SimplePractice in a different web browser for the time being. We have tested Firefox and Google Chrome, and both remain operational for printing and downloading.
