I have a new client that completed forms in the client portal. I am unable to see them as the client portal gives me two errors. 1.Could not save Client Portal access. is already in use. 2. (Client Name) will not receive Client Portal access. The email on file is already in use by client.
I do not see any duplicate files in my list of clients. Not sure why this is happening.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
