    Hi Nadege,

When creating a client profile, the information in the Edit > Client Info page must be unique to each client so that when a provider intends to share documentation, billing information, or appointment reminders directly with a client, it does not inadvertently get shared with an unintended third party.

However, when one contact is managing the appointments or billing for multiple clients, you may add that person as a Contact to a client's profile and then add that same Contact profile to additional clients' profiles. Here's how you can set this up:

    1. On the first client's profile > click Edit > Contacts.
    2. Click +Add Contact > click +New Contact > enter the manager's information > click Save.
    3. Enable Client Portal access for the manager by going to Edit > Contacts > to the right of the contact's name, click Manage > Manage Client Portal and Billing.
Here's how you can add this contact to additional client profiles:
    1. On the additional client profiles, click Edit > Contacts.
    2. Click +New Contact > use the search box, shown below, to search for the manager's name > select the manager's existing profile.

    3. Follow the prompts to add the manager's existing profile to this additional client's profile.
    4. Enable Client Portal access for the manager by going to Edit > Contacts > to the right of the contact's name, click Manage > Manage Client Portal and Billing.
For more information on managing contacts, I highly recommend checking out this Help Center resource: Enhanced Client Management for Minors. Note that the guidance shared here applies to all contacts, not just for minors.
