incorrect fees

I recently updated my fees and saved them under the billing and services section. However, the old rates are still coming up for every session and every clinician. The sessions are not set to recurring so I am not sure what to do. Please advise.

  Hi Kerri, were these sessions scheduled prior to you changing your service fees? If so, that's why they still reflect your old rates. You'll need to either delete them all and recreate them, or individually adjust each appointment's fees.
