Hello! I have been experiencing quite the challenge in emailing exports to a clinician who recently left our practice. When I download the export, I am not given a way to save it as a PDF. This would allow me to easily email the export for her viewing, I believe. When I have attempted to send her the client information directly after opening the download/saving it as is, she cannot open the file at all. What am I doing wrong or is it something on her end? Would love some assistance. Thanks!!
