Clients booking without requesting and me needing to respond to each one

I agree— I'd rather have the option to let established clients just book for themselves, saving me the headache of clicking on each appointment request individually, and then step through multiple screens to send them an email for each appointment.

Acuity Scheduling made this easy and painless.

Can SP *please* find a way to streamline the booking process to shave off more minutes for therapists? I'm all for more automation with this, and if the SP calendar is already preventing people from making multiple bookings, I'd rather just trust my existing clients to make the appointments they want.

    Hi Lara and Sasha,

We love feedback and ideas for ways to advance the platform, and if you have a moment I encourage you to vote or add your comment to the disable option for confirm or deny appointment idea which has been added to our Ideas and Suggestions board. When you vote or comment on this post, you'll automatically receive our status updates on this feature.

For some background, posting and commenting on our Ideas & Suggestions Board means that members of our Product Team, as well as all members of our Community, have transparent access to review your suggestion. This board is one of our most important resources for understanding which features will have the most value for our community. If you're curious, here's more information about how a customer idea can become a SimplePractice feature: Customer feedback: How a customer idea can become a feature in SimplePractice.
