Finding Claims

    Hi Jovonia, we've since fixed this issue and you should be able to create claims from the client's Billing page > New > Claims. You can also create claims from your Billing tab, to the left of your Calendar homepage > insurance. Here's more on Creating Batch Claims. Let us know if you're still unable to create claims by emailing us. Click the ? icon in your account > Get Help to submit an email help request.
