    Hi James,

    After your Online Payments account has been verified, you can customize the descriptor that your clients see on their statements. Your current Statement descriptor appears on your Settings > Billing and Services > Online Payments page > under Business details. To learn more, you may review this Help Center resource: What information can I change after my account has been verified?

    If you would like to change the Statement descriptor, feel free to reach out to us by clicking the blue question mark icon > Get Help on the lower right of your SimplePractice account.
