Appointment Alerts for Team MembersAnswered
As a group practice owner who typically schedules the first appointment for my team members, I would love a way to automatically alert each team member when a new appointment is scheduled by me or another team member on their behalf. Does such a feature exist?
While there is not currently a way to set up automatic appointment notifications for clinicians, you can use Secure Messaging to securely message your clinicians when you have scheduled an appointment for them.
To enable Secure Messaging for your team, go to Settings > Secure Messaging > enable Secure Messaging between Team Members > click the Clinicians tab > select the team members you would like to enable Secure Messaging for.
In addition, we're always evaluating which features will bring the most value to our customers. As part of this effort, we've created an Ideas & Suggestions Board where our customers can share the features that they'd like to see. When you post, vote, or comment on the ideas on this board, it means that members of our Product Team, as well as all members of our Community, have transparent access to review your suggestion. This board is one of our most important resources for understanding which features will have the most value for our community.
If you have a moment, I encourage you to vote or add your comment to the Add appointment reminders/changes text to clinician idea which has been added to this board. When you vote or comment on this post, you'll automatically receive our status updates on this feature.
