    Hi Barbara,

    I hope you're having a lovely weekend so far. I'll be happy to provide some clarity here. 

    In order for your EIN to be included on a superbill, it will first need to be entered into your settings. To do so:

    • Navigate to Settings > Billing & Services.
    • Scroll to Billing Settings.
    • Enter your ID number in the Tax ID or SSN field.
    • Scroll down and click Save.

    These changes will only affect superbills generated moving forward. If you would like to see these changes reflected on superbills that have already been created, they will need to be deleted and regenerated after you have updated your settings. 

    Superbills are static once created, so they cannot be edited directly. Instead, if there is a change you would like to make, the superbill will need to be deleted and regenerated after making necessary adjustments in this case as well.

    Please note, documents cannot be retrieved once deleted, so if you would like to save the original for your records, I would recommend clicking the down arrow in the upper right-hand corner of the document to download it before deleting it.
