I need to speak with someone who can help me...I feel like I have set up everything correctly to enable online booking and have the client see my availability. What I want to do in my practice is I will schedule appt's that are reoccurring since I have many clients who have been with me and need an exact time. Then I want to open up some "available" time that if they cannot make the appt I scheduled, they can move it to one of my open slots.
Can this work?
Also, when I did schedule an appt as a test, the client did not received the link and again I feel like my setups are correct.
Also, when I click on their open appt and the link they should have received, it shows the appt I scheduled but nothing else in terms of availability.
