Was on phone/email with tech support last week and they framed it as if it was my computer, although my internet connection was fine, my computer is brand new, and zoom totally worked on my camera. They offered no help or solution (failed to mention that this has clearly been a problem for many users), and now today it happened again. It's so frustrating, as it can look like a mistake on our end to clients, and trying to fix it made my session start 10 minutes late so now my whole schedule is out of wack. Ridiculous for a telehealth company to not be able to provide telehealth, I am at the point where it continues to happen I will need to switch the software I use for my practice. They should also refund people when the services we are paying for do not work. Terrible customer service.
