Hi -- I'm having the same issue. They told me to set up the client as the primary insurance carrier, even if they aren't. However, that led to a rejection because the Assignment of Benefit was incorrect. I'm in the midst of figuring out if that means 1) I have to accept assigned benefits (the family pays me directly) or 2) I have to fill out field 09, "OTHER INSURED'S" information.

Hi Joan and Saul, if you're changing the Primary Insured person to the client on the claim, make sure you adjust all applicable form fields: 1a, 4, 6, 7 and 11. For future claims, you'll want to go to the client's file > Edit > Billing and Insurance to change the Primary Insured to "Self." This way, new claims you create will auto-populate the client's information in these form fields. If your claims are still getting denied, I'd recommend reaching out to our Insurance Team so they can investigate your claims for you. Click on the ? icon in your account > Get Help > No > Contact Support > Send an Email Request!
