Disclaimer for working with clients remotely in different time zones

I am starting to provide Telehealth services in multiple time zones. Would anyone be willing to share their time zone disclaimer or how they remind clients to double check time zones in their automated Telehealth appointment reminders?
Any other tips or tricks are greatly appreciated!

One feature you might find helpful is the ability to customize your appointment reminders. For example, you may customize your email and text reminders for Telehealth appointments to include a note that the reminder will be displaying the appointment time in your practice's time zone.
