    Hi Elaine,

    You can check the cancelled status of a client’s appointment from 5 different places:

    1. You'll receive an automated email right after a client cancels their appointment by text.
    2. To view the comment the client included when cancelling their appointment, go to your Account Activity. This page will show you when a client cancelled their appointment via text, along with the cancellation note they provided, such as a request to reschedule.
    3. Click the appointment on the Calendar.
    4. Go to the client’s profile page. If the client cancelled their next upcoming appointment, you’ll see a Cancelled status under their name.
    5. The Daily Agenda Email will list all of your appointments for the upcoming day, along with their confirmation status.
