Records requests by admin staff

Hi all!  For group practices, it makes more sense to have administrative staff process records requests after it's been okayed by a clinician.  Would all you group practice folks upvote this idea on the Suggestion Forum (if you agree)?

Allow administrative staff to complete records requests

  yes this is needed... what's SP doig to allow admins to easily fulfill records requests?
