Same error message here as well. Message says link is either expired or invalid. Creating a new appointment and link multiple times did not resolve issue. Please help!

Same issue, although  I was able to do telehealth appts 12pm-3pm today.

I had to switch client to phone session. Maybe we should start there until SimplePractice can fix problem.

Same here! It's validating to see I'm not the only one struggling. My last appt was at 2:30pm w/out any glitches.

Currently having the same issue, seems like there must be a system issue. I had to send an outside meeting link.

Glad we aren't the only ones. I will start the process of setting up Google Meets.

It seems to be system-wide, got a quick message after hopping in the queue: "Our engineering team is investigating this Telehealth error. We apologize for the inconvenience, and are working as fast as we can to restore the service."

This issue just caused me to miss my 4:30pm CST session. Not good Simple Practice!

The fact that we do not have a way to contact SimplePractice when there's a serious issue which needs immediate attention is not okay. We have 8 providers unavailable to conduct telehealth sessions since 3pm.
